Shipping
Shipping is made via the courier of our choice. We currently use DX, Hermes and FedEx. WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE UK
The couriers do require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to pass on delivery requests such as leaving with neighbours or leaving in a safe place. You can pass on your preference to the courier once you receive your tracking information, however we cannot accept any liability if your order goes missing if you have over ridden the required signature option.
We try and despatch the same day if the order is received by noon, however this is not always possible. Delivery is usually made within 1 - 2 working days to most mainland UK destinations if the item is in stock. Deliveries to Highlands and Islands will take a little longer. We are unable to guarantee delivery times but do our best to ship ASAP to you.
We offer Free Shipping to most UK addresses. Postcodes beginning with the following will have an out of area surcharge added in the Cart. Please click on the map below to enlarge.

Returns Policy
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt and in undamaged with original packaging, fixing kit and instructions for a refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 working days of us having received your return, although refunds are usually processed before this.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
