The parcel shelf cannot be used when the guard is in position.

Kia ceed hatchback dog guard
Once fitted properly the dog guard works very well. It is solid and effective. The photos with instructions could be clearer and it took me 2 attempts to get it into place the right way round. But worth it once fitted .
