By placing your order with Dogs Invited Ltd, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Dogs Invited Ltd will not pass your personal information on to any other organisation without your express permission (except payment providers and shippers).
Cookies are used on this site, only, for the purposes of tracking your shopping cart.
Please note that the years referred to on the website are 'model years' - this may vary from the date of registration. If in doubt please check your VIN registration document which can be decoded online to give the model year.
We can accept no responsibility for any errors or omissions on the application lists that states which products fit which vehicles. This list is supplied by a 3rd party and offered by us as guidance in good faith, if the product does not fit your vehicle you will need to follow the returns procedure below. Problems normally occur with 'new models' which have not yet been fitted by the manufacturer. Also, problems may occur when there are fixings for rear seatbelts situated in the roof eg on certain new 4 x 4 models. If in doubt, please ask before ordering. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you unless otherwise agreed beforehand.
Please note that pictures are for illustration purposes only, and may not look exactly the same as the product that you receive.
Travall Divider and Tail Gates - please note
Please be aware that if you are ordering a Travall branded Divider, it will ONLY fit with the corresponding Travall Dog Guard - it will not fit any other brand parts.
If buying Travall branded Tailgate Guards, please note that these require you to also have the Travall Dog Guard and Travall Divider for your vehicle installed.
None of the Travall dividers come with the dog guard to attach it to - the dog guard MUST be purchased separately. We will NOT check to ensure that you have the correct guard for the divider that you have ordered. We cannot be held responsible if you do not have the correct dog guard for your divider. We will not give a retrospective discount if you need to order a dog guard at a later date.
Ordering From Us
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered. Our acceptance of an order takes place when the order is processed. When we process the order the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error;
If for some reason you have not been charged the correct postage, we will inform you via email. If you do not respond within two working days, we will assume that you do not wish to pay the extra postage and cancel your order.
If any order is to be paid by cheque, a £5 administration charge will be levied.
Cancellations & Returns
1.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to email@example.com before we have despatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been despatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 1.2 below.
1.2 You can inform us that you wish to return goods you have ordered from us for any reason within 14 days of receipt and in undamaged with original packaging, fixing kit and instructions for a refund. Prior to returning the goods you will need to email us and ask for a returns reference number, items returned without a valid returns number will not be accepted upon delivery. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you and we suggest that you get proof of posting. Please be aware that if you change your mind and refuse delivery so that the courier is unable to deliver to you and the items are returned to us or any of our agents, we are charged approximately double return carriage and the cost of this will be borne by you by means of a deduction (approx £15 - £20) from any refund due to you.
1.3 Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of notification from you. Upon receipt and inspection of the goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid within 14 days. If only part of the order has been returned, we will recalculate any discounts that may or may not be due to you.
1.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 1.2 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
a) the fixings and original packaging are damaged or any are missing
b) in the event that the product has been used or they are not in a saleable condition.
If the guard is returned damaged and we were not advised that the guard was damaged on delivery, we reserve the right to either refuse a refund.
The provisions of this clause 1.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
If goods have delivered to you damaged or missing, we will endeavour to either send you the missing/damaged part or will arrange for a new guard to be despatched to you and the damaged guard collected, however we will need to be notified within 7 days. If you decide that this is not a satisfactory solution, and you return the goods, the cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you.
If part of an order is returned and a discount was given on the original order, the refund given will not be the discounted item price eg if dog guard (£120) and boot mat (£45) are purchased together and the boot mat is returned, the refund amount would be £28.50 and NOT £40.50
To most mainland UK addresses the majority of deliveries arrive within 1-4 working days of ordering - however please allow 5-7 working days before chasing an order. Due to the reliance of 3rd parties, we will not make any guarantees re delivery dates or times.
Where delivery attempts have failed and the item is returned to us you may be required to pay a redelivery fee before the item is redelivered - if you decide to cancel the order at this time the original delivery cost will not be refunded. We use a Signed For Service when delivering products and are unable to specify that they are left with neighbours or in a safe place.
Carriage is charged at cost, therefore if we need to charge an additional amount to cover carriage, we will notify you by email at which time you have the option of either paying the additional amount or cancelling the order. We reserve the right to cancel your order if you refuse to pay any additional amount requested by us.
If you request changes to the original order after it has been processed eg change of delivery address, then we will do our best to accommodate these changes however we cannot guarantee the request.
Any damages to items or fitting issues must be notified within 7 days of receipt. If you wish to return items because of faulty, missing parts or manufacturing defects, you can return goods within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Upon receipt and inspection of the goods we will give you a refund.
Products are covered by the manufacturers warranty where applicable.
Dogs Invited Ltd accept no liability for any injury or damage to persons, animals or vehicles howsoever it occurs whilst fitting or using any products sold via this website. Products must be fitted in accordance with manufacturer's instructions at all times.
